This is an example of what happens when you don’t plan anything and just let the colors mix on the canvas, just giving them the slightest nodge and then you take a step back and see how they want to organize themselves. I had no plan when I started this painting, no idea what I wanted to paint, but then slowly I started to see what wanted to come out, an Autumn Heart.
